ECCP is developing and standardising norms and certification schemes with a focus on regulatory compliance. Here are some examples of standards and certification schemes:
- Europrivacy, the official European Data Protection Seal for certifying compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Recognized by EDPB, European Accreditation and 30 national data protection authorities. Learn more https://www.europrivacy.org
- Interprivacy, the international data protection certification adopted by the International Accreditation Forum. It provides an international and geographically neutral scheme for assessing and certifying compliance with major personal data protection regulations across the world. - European Union Regulatory Compliance criteria to assess and certify compliance with various EU regulations, such as the ePrivacy Directive, Data Act, Data Governance Act, DORA, etc.
