The Europrivacy extension to assess and certify compliance of data processing and management  with the Data Act – (EU) 2023/2854 on harmonized rules on fair access to and use of data. For data related to interconnected systems, products and services, such as Internet of Things and machine to machine communication.

Data Act Cert has been developed by the European Centre for Certification and Privacy (ECCP) in charge of Europrivacy, the European Data Protection Seal recognized by all EU and EEA National Authorities.

WHO

It is applicable to manufacturers of connected products placed on the EU market and providers of related services, as well as to data processors, holders and recipients.

HOW

Data Act Cert can be used:
• As a standalone certification, or
• Combined with your existing or upcoming Europrivacy certification

The process is simple and efficient:
